This is what seems to be working for me and appears to be sustainable My goals are fat loss and muscle retention for now
Legit been trying to lose weight since 2008 Everytime I am able to lose some initial kilos, I have reverted back to binging and gained the weight back.
Note: I am kinda obsessed and approach is extreme, bordering on unsustainable.
Food stack:
- Try never to consume > 300 cals per meal
- Hungry still? Healthy snack always, never the bad stuff
- No liquid calories, no fried food, no sugar
Things to have stacked:
- Veggies for stir fry
- Broccoli
- Mushrooms
- Paneer
- Baby corn
- Beetroot
- Carrot
- Zucchini
- Taste additions
- Soy sauce
- Chilli oil
- Oats porridge
- Dutch Cocoa
- Bananas (either this or blueberries, not together)
- Casein (easily soluble)
- Skimmed milk
- Powdered Peanut
- MCT Oil
- Whey shake
- Whey scoops - Isopure brand
- Coffee - Nescafe Black Roast
- Powdered Peanuts
- Collagen Type II
- Bread? Sourdough
- Dahi bread - onion tomato capsicum >>>
- Whey Protein Muesli + Greek Yoghurt/Skyr
- Healthy snack
- Beetroot chips
- Whey protein lassi - Amul
Need to try:
- Psyllium Husk
- Xylotol?
- L-Glutamine for faster muscle recovery, reduce DOMS
- Baking soda pre workout >>
- Caffeine pre workout >>
- Omega-3 - apparently might help with ADD
- Vitamin D + K2 + Calcium combo
Burning midnight oil?
- Caffeine tablets. Provides upto 220mg in a single easy to consume way
De-stress?
- Ashwagandha - don’t use it at a stretch for longer than 3 weeks
Two drugs to control sleep:
- Metatonin (+chamomile tea)
- Caffeine don’t use either everyday otherwise you become immune
