Quantified self.
I track two things: how I spend my time and my calories. That's the whole system. Both are things I narrate to my hermes agent over WhatsApp; it uses a skill.md I made that has a deterministic script to log these things. both get rendered here as raw public readouts. No coaching, no advice, no narrative - just the data, and what falls out of it.
Quantified self used to mean wearables, dashboards, and a hundred metrics nobody looks at. With a personal agent in the loop, the friction collapses: you talk, it logs, the page renders. The interesting question stops being how do I capture this and becomes what's actually worth capturing. I don't wanna go further down this rabbit hole of tracking more things. These two things matter to me and that's all.
the readouts
Two pages. Same instrument, different sensors. Same chrome, same honesty-tax pattern, same "you can't argue with the JSON" stance.
deficit = tdee + active − eaten. Estimated entries marked with ~ - the more rough guesses pile up, the less trustworthy the log. Honesty tax is built in.
